As a key player in our business development efforts, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, building relationships, and expanding our client base.
We are looking for high-quality engagements on a smaller client base.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar.
• Strong understanding of the Exhibitions and Events industry and its various components, operational, commercial and various marketing channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• UAE driving license
