Seeking a HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi and contribute as a valued member.
Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes within a shared services framework.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for employees.
- Conducting applicant screenings, scheduling interviews, managing job requisitions, and assisting in offer creation.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations for employee experience.
- Executing HR tasks promptly in accordance with current policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- 3+ years of HR team experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
