Requirements:
Solid background in Western cuisine with high culinary skills.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
Ability to lead and inspire a team, ensuring consistent quality and exceptional service.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Collaborate with Executive Chef to develop menus and maintain high standards of quality.
Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver outstanding results.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
