We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation management.
- Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Provide support in employee relations matters and HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
- Must be based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, or willing to relocate.
