Receptionist/Administrator (Russian Speaker)
Job Description:
o respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically in two languages (English, Russian)
o diagnose and resolve general technical issues and redirect problems to appropriate resource
o research questions using available information resources
o advise user on appropriate action
o follow standard helpdesk procedures
o log all helpdesk interactions
o administer helpdesk software
o identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
o track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
o stay current with stricture of company IS department, changes and updates
The salary is AED 6,000 all in
Work Location: Dubai Internet City, Dubai
Work Schedule: From 8:00am to 6:00pm (2 days off)
