We are looking for a driven and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
About You:
Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
Valid and transferable RP in Qatar
Excellent written and spoken English, Hindi, and Arabic
Experience with CRM systems
Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services
