Hiring for Human Resources Specialist
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
– Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
– Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
2. Employee Relations and outsource agents management:
– Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
– Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
-Managing the outsourced agents for manpower, including payroll, attendance, payment, etc.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 3-5 working experience
– Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
– Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
– Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
– Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Having outsourcing agents management skills is a plus point.
