We are seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer to join our team and oversee road projects within Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and executing road construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. As the Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time
and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to road construction projects.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.
Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in road projects within the UAE.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of UAE road construction standards and regulations.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
