Responsibilities:
- Develop designs from concept to final production across mediums, including print, digital, experiential, and social activations.
- Impeccable eye for aesthetics, visual details, and standards of quality to ensure only the best work is released
- Listening to design needs, coming up with great ideas, and communicating them to clients and members of the team.
- Working directly with Brand and Account teams to bring clients’ needs to life.
- Collaborating across the organization to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery.
- Working closely with the Production Team to develop appropriate production specifications, media, and materials, and ensuring proofs adhere to requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experienceas a Graphic Designer
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required, as well as the ability to work with both languages in design.
- Demonstrated passion and understanding of trends and visual culture.
- Proven experience with full brand execution and marketing initiatives for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to direct the work of other creative team members when needed.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to develop complex, integrated design, printing, and/or reproduction specifications.
