Requirement:
• Pro-active with 5-7 years proven work experience as Interior Designer Cum Sales
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and AutoCad
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Arabic Speaker is a plus.

• Strong technical skills to thoroughly check technical joinery and fit-out drawings.
• Immense understanding on material selection, specification and installation detail.
• Professionally handle projects with the team from design stage to complete handover.
• Capable to check site and subcontractors handing over.
• Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
• Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
• Providing information and regular support to the team
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
• Understanding formal escalation and review processes
• Thorough project documentation
• Creating and reviewing of reports
• Knowledge of industry best practice
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
