We are currently in search of a highly motivated and seasoned Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of establishing and nurturing robust client relationships, overseeing the successful execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The position demands a blend of strategic thinking, superb communication skills, and a profound understanding of both online and offline marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, comprehending their goals and objectives.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships through consistent communication to foster enduring partnerships.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including senior management, content creators, and designers, to curate compelling and relevant content encompassing text, images, and videos.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure compliance with the client’s brand look, feel, and voice guidelines.
- Support the end-to-end creative development process for all social efforts from conception to production to final approvals/go-live.
- Develop, execute, and oversee the account strategy in alignment with the client’s overarching goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budget, covering paid campaigns and partnerships across client channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Maintain clear communication and alignment between client goals and team efforts, facilitating timely escalations to prevent missed deliverables/timelines.
- Translate client-approved ideas into clear and concise briefs for creative teams, with the business objective at the forefront.
- Regularly meet with other team members to discuss progress and explore new avenues for improvement.
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior management within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of proven experience as an Account Manager in an advertising/marketing agency or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels.
- Excellent client service, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate product ideas to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
