Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts professional with a passion for finance and numbers? GE Living is seeking an Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, revenue collection, utility bill payments, and providing accurate financial reports to contribute to the financial health of GE Living and its clients.
Responsibilities:
• Collect and manage revenue from holiday homes bookings.
• Ensure timely payment of utility bills for holiday homes units.
• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly reports on revenue statistics of units for the clients.
• Provide accurate cash flow statements and expenditure statements.
• Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Accountant or a similar role in the holiday homes industry (preferably Dubai).
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
