Our office in Dubai is looking for an experienced Native Russian Speaker Chief Financial Officer to bring the company to the next stage of growth. Incoming focuses will include to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance Accounting department and will be instrumental in the successful design, implementation, transition and sustainability of internal controls, policies and procedures that will support the growth.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience as a CFO or Finance Director, coupled with a proven track record of leading global teams. Essential qualifications include UAE experience and relevant accounting certifications.
Knowledge & Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent
Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or other equivalent master’s degree preferred.
Qualified Accountant i.e. CPA, ACCA,CA or other equivalent globally recognize professional qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within corporate finance of which at least 3 are in a senior year management role.
Experience in relevant industry
Experience in managing and implementing enterprise information management and IT systems, including SAP.
