Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish (both written and verbal).
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably focusing on Brazilian and/or Mexican talent.
Local Insight: Strong understanding of the local job market and cultural nuances in Brazil and Mexico.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
