The preferred candidate should possess a robust comprehension of enterprise security, networking, backup, storage, virtualization, and cloud solutions, coupled with experience collaborating with IT systems integrators. Beyond technical proficiency, the ideal candidate must exhibit exceptional sales and interpersonal skills. This includes the ability to cultivate and sustain customer relationships, pinpoint and assess new opportunities, as well as adeptly negotiate and finalize deals. Effective collaboration with various departments within the company is crucial to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities within assigned and new target accounts.
2. Establish and nurture relationships with customers.
3. Generate leads through cold calling and canvassing.
4. Ensure the attainment of assigned sales targets.
5. Actively participate in the customer requirements qualification process.
6. Expand existing and new business ventures.
7. Perform duties following company policies and procedures.
8. Coordinate with other departments within the company.
9. Attend necessary trainings and validate credentials/certifications.
10. Stay updated on market intelligence and competitor activities.
11. Manage sales forecasting and pipeline.
12. Meet quarterly sales commitments.
13. Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

– Excellent knowledge of enterprise security, networking, backup, storage, virtualization, cloud solutions, and other IT technologies.
– 4-5 years of relevant experience working with IT systems integrators.
– Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build and sustain relationships with customers.
– Capability to identify and qualify new opportunities.
– Proficiency in negotiating and closing deals.
– Effective collaboration with other departments within the company.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Work experience in Bahrain, along with experience working with Bahrain enterprise customers, is recommended.
