JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Security
Assist in the periodic internal security / risk assessments to ensure adherence to security regulations and policies, and the ongoing 24×7 security monitoring for KFHMB systems and alerts on incidents.
IT Audit
· Assist in the documentation, formalization and communication of IT responses for audit, and ensure an effective follow-up & management reporting.
· Process Management
· Assist in periodic assessments to review effectiveness and validity of IT policies & processes and highlight opportunities of improvement.
· Asset in contract/agreement management and update.
· Assist in CAB standby.
· Assist in IT certificate and license renewal process.
· Assist in any relevant IT governance task as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer Science or equivalent.
· 1 – 2 years` experience working in IT preferably with exposure to IT governance / IT compliance / IT audit / IT support roles. Time Management.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· High computer literacy skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
· Have own transport.
· Living within Kuala Lumpur area.
· Able to work in odd working hours on ad-hoc basis / as requested.
