Job Description: As the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the resort’s engineering operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will lead a talented team, manage maintenance schedules, and implement best practices to uphold our commitment to quality and safety. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to optimize operational efficiency, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
