CIS College is looking for ‘Sales and training officer ‘ for Sp ears & Sodeco branches to join the team immediately.
Responsibilities:
· Outreach and Students’ registration,
· Explanation of the courses training for the students,
· Participate in creating and implementing training programs,
· Maintain training records (trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets),
· Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up,
· Resolve issues,
· Submit reports on training activities and results,
· Recommend improvements or new programs,
· Prepare the certificates.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· BA/BS in Business Administration or similar field,
· Proven work experience as a Training Administrator or similar role,
· Experience in project management
· Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically),
· Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude,
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
