Credit Controller Job Vacancy in Dubai, UAE
Location: Dubai, UAE
I am seeking a Credit Controller who has at least 3 years of experience in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
– Assess and analyze customer creditworthiness to set appropriate credit limits.
– Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce delinquency.
– Conduct regular reviews of credit terms and credit limits based on customer behavior and payment history.
– Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve credit-related issues and disputes.
– Prepare and send regular statements and reminders to customers regarding outstanding balances.
– Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments and billing.
– Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company credit policies.
– Provide regular reports on the status of customer accounts and credit metrics to management.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
– Knowledge of local financial regulations and business practices in Dubai.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Results-driven and able to meet targets and deadlines.
