Strong portfolio in showcasing user-centered design solutions for digital products is MUST
Gathering requirements , Define design specifications is MUST
Strong experience in digital banking products is MUST
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar is MUST
· Develop digital banking products that prioritize user experience and satisfaction.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs
· Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
· Utilize design thinking methodologies to iterate and refine product designs based on user feedback and testing.
· Stay informed about current industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions related to digital banking.
· Conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for innovation.
· Translate industry insights into actionable recommendations for product design and development.
· Gather requirements from internal teams, stakeholders, and user research findings to inform product design decisions.
· Define design specifications, including user interface elements, interactions, and visual aesthetics.
· Ensure that design requirements align with business objectives, technical constraints, and user preferences.
· Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and areas for improvement in existing products.
· Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the user experience, streamline processes, and add value to digital banking
