We’re seeking a highly motivated Electrical Technician with 4-6 years of experience in a meat processing plant to join our team!
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment used in meat processing operations, including forming, coating, cooking, grinding, and packaging machinery. You’ll also develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to keep our equipment running smoothly and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment
Conduct PLC and control system maintenance activities
Oversee electrical equipment and device activities and preventive maintenance programs
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
Create daily maintenance reports
File and archive machine manuals and reports
Maintain a high level of safety awareness and adhere to all safety regulations
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a meat processing plant
Strong understanding of electrical systems
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
