We are EMK STEEL looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineers to join our growing team in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sector.
đź”´ Target Markets: UAE Market and African Market
âš« Key Responsibilities:
1- Develop and execute effective sales plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
2- Identify and penetrate new markets while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
3- Schedule weekly meetings with new and existing clients to strengthen relationships and drive business.
4- Proactively find new prospects and identify potential clients in the PEB and construction sectors.
5- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and market insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
6- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
7- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
8- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
âš« Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
2- 2-5 years of experience in the target markets, specifically in the PEB or steel construction industry.
3- Strong technical knowledge of the PEB industry and its applications.
4- Proven ability to achieve sales targets, with a track record of success.
5- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6- Proficient in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
7- Must possess a valid UAE driving license and own a car.
