Job Responsibilities:
– Should have a strong communication skills
– Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
– Experience in Emails and Chats in Professional and timely manner.
– Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
– Handling and resolving customer complaints on offered services.
– Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
