This exciting opportunity seeks a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our growing team as an ERP Tele-sales Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into satisfied customers for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Prospect research and lead generation:
– Utilize various sources like industry directories, online databases, and referrals to identify potential customers within the target market.
– Conduct effective research to understand their business needs, challenges, and technology landscape.
Qualify leads and prioritize them based on their fit for our ERP solutions.
Ø Outbound calling and lead qualification:
– Initiate cold calls to engage with potential customers, present the value proposition of our ERP solutions, and address their concerns.
– Conduct needs assessments and ask insightful questions to determine their pain points and potential ROI from an ERP implementation.
– Qualify leads according to predefined criteria and nurture qualified leads through the sales funnel.
Ø Sales presentations and negotiations:
– Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the benefits and features of our ERP solutions tailored to each prospect’s unique needs.
– Answer questions confidently and address objections effectively, demonstrating expertise in ERP solutions.
– Negotiate pricing and contracts, working towards mutually beneficial agreements.
Ø Building relationships and customer success:
– Maintain regular communication with qualified leads and nurture them throughout the sales cycle.
– Collaborate with internal teams like product specialists and consultants to provide comprehensive solutions.
– Close deals and convert leads into satisfied customers, exceeding sales targets consistently.
Ø Reporting and data analysis:
– Accurately track and report on call activities, lead qualification metrics, and sales performance.
– Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 4+ years of experience in Tele-sales or B2B sales, preferably within the software or IT industry.
· Local Saudi Residency (Arabic Speaker) is a MUST.
· Most Proffered who is already living in Jeddah.
· Strong understanding of ERP solutions and their value proposition for businesses.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
· Effective presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
