Full Stack Developer / Web Developer

Responsibilities:
1. Web Development:
Develop and maintain high-quality web applications, websites, and e-commerce platforms using PHP, MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), and other relevant technologies.
Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across devices.
Integrate third-party APIs, CMS systems, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, etc.) as needed.
2. Code Quality and Best Practices:
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback.
Continuously improve development processes and workflows.
3. Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in web applications.
Debug and troubleshoot problems to ensure smooth functionality.
4. Cloud and Git:
Deploy and manage web applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or others).
Utilize version control systems like Git for code collaboration and tracking changes.
5. Mentorship and Guidance:
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, assisting in their skill development and growth.
Collaborate with team members to foster a learning and growth-oriented environment.
