GR Media Solutions is seeking talented full time candidates to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia in the Sales Manager position.
Job Title: Sales Manager
Candidate Residency : KSA
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
·Identify potential customers through networking efforts, referrals, and dealer list.
·Present and demonstrate the key benefits of working with GR Media to prospective resellers and project stakeholder network, while building extremely strong relationships with them.
·Enhancing relationships with current dealer network.
·Act as a consultant to clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored solutions.
·Leverage GR Media Design Team to provide partners with value added services.
·Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
·Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and generate leads.
·Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Education Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree; preferred in business, engineering, or technology.
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales & business development within the industry.
Work Experience Requirements:
·Customer Focused: Strong relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to influence and persuade key decision-makers, ultimately leading to strong partnerships founded on trust.
·Delivers Results & Shows Initiative: Proven track record in sales & business development within the AV & automation industry, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·Knowledge: of AV & automation technology is a must.
·Strong familiarity with residential and hospitality sectors, through relevant trade associates.
·Attention to detail to ensure high-quality output between the company and external stakeholders.
·Ability to travel as required.
·A passion for technology.
