Ejadtech is hiring an Enterprise Architect Tool Specialist
Key Responsibilities
-Manage, configure, and update the Mega Hopex tool according to business requirements and strategy.
-Customize the Mega Hopex tool to meet the organization’s needs.
-Work closely with the enterprise architecture team to understand technical and business requirements.
-Perform regular system maintenance to ensure the effective operation of the tool.
-Diagnose and resolve any tool-related issues.
-Train and support staff in using the tool.
-Collaborate with the IT department to ensure compatibility and integration with the system.
-Participate in auditing and compliance monitoring processes.
Qualifications :
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Proven experience in managing, configuring, and customizing the Mega Hopex tool.
-Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
-Problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues with complex software.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work as part of a team.
-Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
preferred qualifications :
-Certified in Mega Hopex.
-Previous experience working in a government entity or a large organization.
