Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

  1. Bilingual Proficiency:
    • Must be bilingual in English and Arabic.
  2. Communication Skills:
    • Should possess strong communication skills.
  3. Customer Interaction:
    • Answer calls from customers in a professional manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  4. Multichannel Communication:
    • Experience in handling Emails and Chats in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Problem Solving:
    • Identify customers’ needs.
    • Clarify information and research every issue.
    • Provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  6. Complaint Resolution:
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints related to offered services.
  7. Adherence to Policies:
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  8. Call Center Experience:
    • Previous experience in a Call Center is preferred.
  9. Immediate Availability:
    • Candidates should be available to join immediately.
  10. Location:
    • Job Location: Dubai.
