Call Center Agents – English & Arabic Speaker
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Bilingual Proficiency:
- Must be bilingual in English and Arabic.
- Communication Skills:
- Should possess strong communication skills.
- Customer Interaction:
- Answer calls from customers in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Multichannel Communication:
- Experience in handling Emails and Chats in a professional and timely manner.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify customers’ needs.
- Clarify information and research every issue.
- Provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Complaint Resolution:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to offered services.
- Adherence to Policies:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Call Center Experience:
- Previous experience in a Call Center is preferred.
- Immediate Availability:
- Candidates should be available to join immediately.
