Hiring Customer Service Representatives for MaxXLogistics Dubai, preferably having JAFZA experience.

Jebel Ali Free Zone Experience (Minimum 2 years)

Job Description:
– Assist on customer’s inquiry.
– Preparing Documentation (Invoice, PL , DA , TOO, etc)
– Checks completeness of documents as per Dubai Custom’s requirements
– Coordinates with shipping line for their requirements
– Arrange to collect the original documents from the client.
– Arrange for the collection of DO.
– Nomination Haulier and Settles DPC through Mirsal II system
– Coordinates with the vendors
– Invoicing and Billing -Collecting all information needed to calculate bills receivable. Compiles data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data and to ensure receipt of items ordered, using ERP System.
– Assisted with month end closeout.
– Creating BOE draft, Hauler Nomination, Paying DPC, Creating Gate pass/LGP/ Gate advice, Recharging DP World Accounts Fund.
– Applying COO through Dubai Chamber
– Applying MOFA Attestation
– Creating Monthly Manual Report of FF Department and compare with the system report if there are any discrepancies.
– Preparing Monthly DP World Account transaction History and Statement.
– Preparing Dubai Customs Report SOA
– Preparing Monthly Volume Report

Candidate Profile:
– Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred
