Job Title: Estimator
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in cost estimation, project evaluation, and budgeting
– Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and industry standards
– Strong analytical and mathematical skills
– Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
– Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
– Experience with relevant software like AutoCAD or Bluebeam is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
– Minimum 4 Years Experience
– Prior experience in estimating for precast concrete projects preferred
