A well known international restaurant chain which recently opened in Bahrain seeking a proactive and organized “Personal Assistant” to support their Director.
The job responsibilities are as follows:
– Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
– Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
– Conduct research and compile data for projects.
– Act as a liaison between the Director and stakeholders.
– Assist with event coordination and general office duties.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Proficient in MS Office Suite.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
– Flexible and detail-oriented.
