Quantity Surveyor
Are you ready for a new challenge? We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team!
Job Description:
– Measuring and take-offs of quantities for budget revisions (USM’s)
– Preparation of monthly payment evaluations/applications and certification follow-up
– Management of variations from inception to approval, in coordination with Project Manager and Client
– Submission of claims for project delays, extension of time, and acceleration
– Preparation, negotiation, and agreement of final accounts
– Management of contractual and commercial activities related to UPC’s Subcontractors
Background and Skills:
– Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying
– Experience: Minimum 5 years as a QS in Civil Construction, preferably in the Precast Industry, with expertise in project commercial control and quantity surveying principles
– GCC experience is an advantage
