HR & Bookkeeping Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, selection, and promotion processes
Manage vacation and sick leave records
Schedule job interviews and coordinate with candidates
Maintain both physical and digital personnel records
Handle employee medical and employment insurance applications
Administer and monitor project insurances and certifications
Monitor company licenses and tenancy contracts
Liaise with PRO for visa processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment legislation
Answer calls and greet visitors
Assist in bookkeeping entries, including expense recording
