Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, budget, journal entries, and general ledger
• Prepare financial reports & statements, tax invoices, delivery notes and other related documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with audits.
• Support the senior accounting team in accounting activities and local purchase.
• Assisting in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, reviewing purchase requisitions, verifying accuracy, preparing & placing purchase orders, and track deliveries.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong working experience in Tally, Microsoft Excel and other accounting software’s
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
