Responsibilities
Identify potential Business opportunities, researching and analyzing market trends.
Make calls, send proposals, attend meetings with potential clients.
Understand the client’s needs and preferences to develop the best solutions in coordination with different departments like, learning Design, Marketing.
Build and Maintain relationship with the clients to ensure achieving satisfaction and repeated business.
Attend meetings with potential clients to explain and present skills Bank’s services and solutions.
handle training requests of the clients.
Manage and monitor training, to get feedback about development areas.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of experience in consultancy/ training field
Background Gulf Region is a plus
Proficiency level in English language (written and spoken)
