Quality Assurance – TV

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst – TV to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance in our TV products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, supporting service providers, and ensuring the localization and effectiveness of technical resources.
Core Responsibilities:
– Participate in after-sales technical training, conduct evaluations, and complete examinations as per HQ timelines. Adapt HQ resources to local needs, develop localized training materials, and oversee training quality through a tailored framework. Implement annual and monthly training plans, combining online and offline methods, while monitoring and assessing effectiveness.
– Innovative ideas from overseas markets for sharing purposes, and relay feedback to headquarters.
– Transform technical data from the China headquarters into localized formats suitable for maintenance, spare parts lists, fault trees, etc.
– Address on-site technical inquiries from service providers as part of your responsibilities.
– Resolve daily technical issues encountered by service providers.
– Compile a weekly/monthly summary of technical support activities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or technical training, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
– Strong understanding of technical training frameworks and quality assurance processes.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to adapt technical data and training materials to local markets.
– Proficient in using training management systems and technical support tools.
