As an HR Payroll Senior Officer at National Technology Group (NTG) in Egypt, your primary responsibilities will include managing HR finance issues such as payroll changes, controls, and processes. You will also be responsible for handling governmental requirements related to taxation and social insurance, producing payroll and cost-related reports, and overseeing the outsourced payroll. Job Description:

1. Calculate and process employee payments, including wage increments, overtime, public holiday pay, and various payment methods (cash, cheques, or bank transfers).
2. Analyze and report payroll data, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
3. Develop and refine payroll procedures to streamline processes.
4. Assist in implementing and administering benefits programs, including medical, disability, life insurance, workers’ compensation, and retirement plans.
5. Prepare social insurance reports to meet the requirements of the Egyptian Social Insurance Law.
6. Develop and implement a payroll and reward strategy to align with the organization’s business needs and market position.
7. Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking exercises.
8. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.
9. Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports for analysis.
10. Maintain compensation databases and ensure proper maintenance of employment records.
11. Process payroll and benefits transactions accurately and in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
12. Review payroll reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
13. Contribute to the development of the HR department by monitoring programs, identifying areas for improvement, and participating in extracurricular activities and community events.

Job Requirements:

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a role related to compensation and benefits delivery and payroll processing.
2. Practical experience with payroll systems, practices, and procedures.
3. Strong technical skills in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and proficiency in generating and analyzing reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
5. Highly developed organizational skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
7. Ability to work effectively as a team member in a multicultural environment.
