HR Section Head Job Vacancy in Egypt
Job Description
* Handling & Supervising all personnel activities including but not limited to: (Monthly Attendance -HR Monthly Reports- Supervise The Legislative process -, Recruitment & hiring process, ensuring employees hiring documents completed)
* Collect and Process date for payroll addition/deductions.
* Set KPIs cascade them to all company departments.
* Develop career path, succession plans, and retention programs for key talents.
* Implement employee engagement & satisfaction surveys.
* Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
* Monitor and update the company manpower & Org Charts transactions.
* Analyse the workflow within the function structure to eliminate overlapping
* Assist in developing performance management, Training; policies & procedures.
* Issue the TNA, training plan & budget
* Implement the Training plan across the year and manage the training documentations.
Job Requirements
1) HR Certificate is a must
2) Good office application user
3) Very good English written & conversation.
4) Good presentation & communication skills.
Experience Needed: 7 Years of experience.
