Position: HR Specialist

We are a leading IT company based in Dubai, dedicated to innovation and excellence in technology solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist with experience in the IT sector and comprehensive knowledge of UAE laws and paperwork.
Responsibilities:
*Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
*Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
*Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
*Handle employee documentation, including contracts, visas, work permits, and other legal requirements.
*Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
*Manage employee relations and address grievances in a timely and effective manner.
*Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws and ensure compliance across all HR practices.
*Collaborate with management to create a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
*Proven experience as an HR Specialist in the IT sector, preferably in the UAE.
*In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
*Experience in handling HR paperwork, including visa processing and employee contracts.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
*Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
