We seek an HSE Trainer to deliver basic and international HSE training programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions online and in the classroom, helping our trainees acquire essential safety knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and informative HSE training sessions, covering basic and international courses.
Ensure that training is delivered effectively in both online and classroom settings.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide valuable feedback for improvement.
Stay current with industry developments and best practices in HSE.
Collaborate with the training team to enhance training materials and methodologies.
Assist trainees in achieving their HSE qualifications and career aspirations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
NEBOSH IGC certification is required.
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience as an HSE Trainer.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) must
