Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business
Strategy to enhance human capital Development, engagement, motivation, and Retention.
• Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, Regulatory changes, and new technologies in
HR, talent management, and employment law.
• Ensure legal compliance across all HR Functions.
• Establish the company’s organizational chart, Grading system, and salary structure.
• Organize and manage new employee Orientations and onboarding processes.
• Lead the recruitment, selection, and talent Acquisition efforts, implementing workforce
Planning strategies.
• Manage job analysis and job evaluation Processes.
• Oversee exit interviews, employee disciplinary Meetings, and investigations.
• Develop and manage a performance Management system and learning & Development programs.
• ldentify training needs, implement training Programs, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Implement and revise the company’s Compensation and benefits programs, Conducting annual salary surveys.
• Develop, revise, and recommend personnel Policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update the company handbook.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of department Records and reports.
• Provide guidance and support to HR generalists, Management, and staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• HR diploma/MBA is a plus.
• Riyadh residents only (or able to relocate).
• 10-15 years of HR experience including at least
5 years in a similar managerial role.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Solid experience with SAP.
•Full understanding of work/visit visa issuing Procedures.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal
Skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
