Do you have:
2-3 years of ICU experience with expertise in ventilator management?
A valid DHA License?
A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent?
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment?
Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills?
In this role, you will:
Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust ventilator settings to ensure optimal comfort and function.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
