Jabalsina Medical Centre is seeking a highly motivated and organized OPD Assistant to join our growing team in Ajman, UAE.
About the Role:
In this full-time, permanent position, you will play a vital role in supporting our Outpatient Department (OPD) by providing exceptional care to patients. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Assisting healthcare professionals with patient care and assessments
Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
Maintaining accurate medical records
Preparing examination rooms and assisting with procedures
Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families
Qualifications:
Graduation in Nursing (or equivalent)
1-2 years of experience working in a clinical setting
Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
