We are Looking for IT Solution Delivery Supervisor in Jeddah :
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Analyzing specific applications and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
– Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
– Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.
– Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.
– Diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
– Analysis and writing of new system requirements.
Requirements:
– Strong technical skills, including programming, database management, and systems analysis.
– Diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to motivate and help another co-worker.
– Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies.
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on application development and maintenance.
