Position: Marketing Manager

Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will lead and manage Marketing department activities.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Manager
1. Developing the Marketing Technology Stack: Responsible for the development of the marketing technology stack, with a focus on a customer data platform and media channels such as DV360, Meta, Google Ads etc.
2. Developing and executing Normal & digital marketing strategies: Should have a deep understanding of the company’s goals and target audience to create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan.
3. Operational Management of Lead Generation and Nurturing: Managing the ongoing lead generation and nurturing campaigns across various channels, such as web, search, social, email, and display advertising. Coordinating with different stakeholders and vendors to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
4. Web Ecosystem Management: Responsible for the daily management of a set of websites across multiple stakeholders. Coordinating content management, monitoring conversion, testing, and optimization tools with the agency and all markets.
5. Performance Marketing: Responsible for the deployment and management of regional always-on communication campaigns across several business partners.
6. Web and Performance Analytics: Responsible for enhancing holistic performance reporting, analytics, and data visualization for the entire regional setup in order to develop digital business intelligence.
7. Budget management: The marketing manager should manage the marketing budget, allocating funds to various channels and campaigns to maximize ROl.
Essential Criteria
o Any relevant degree
o 2 – 3 years of working experience in Marketing
o Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels-Digital Marketing
o Experience with tools including Google AdWords, Keyword tools, Google, Analytics, FB Ads/ Business Manager
o Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
o Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
o Experience in Analytics/Paid Media/Marketing Automation Tool is essential
o Digital & tech savvy, strong analytical skills, innovative, good communications skills
o Social media copywriting will be an advantage
