As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing client relationships through effective communication and an in-depth understanding of our automotive battery products and services. The ideal candidate will not only excel in promoting our product range but will also be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Proactively generating leads, you will be instrumental in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Requirements:
- Conduct outdoor sales by accompanying our Onsite Technicians to promote and sell automotive batteries and related services.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through proactive prospecting.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide product information, technical details, and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Gather feedback from clients to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our automotive battery products and related services.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on product features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive batteries and related services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive sector, is highly desirable.
