Are you ready to drive Satocci’s expansion in MENA as our next Sales Representative
At Satocci, we are revolutionizing the retail industry with our innovative Mobile Scan & Pay solution, simplifying transactions between buyers and sellers. As we embark on our journey to globalize our reach, we’re seeking a dynamic Sales Representative, based in Dubai, to spearhead our entry into the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire the first B2B retail clients in the UAE region, establishing Satocci as a key player in the market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure strong presence in UAE’s retail sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand how their business needs and objectives translate to Satocci solutions, including customer demo and trials.
- Act as a liaison between clients in Dubai and Satocci’s management team to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are met.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, challenges, and opportunities in Dubai, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product and strategy.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the online payment, retail, or related B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai retail market and its dynamics.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven hunter profile with the ability to independently drive the sales process from lead identification and qualification to closure.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in both English and Arabic, with the legal right to work in Dubai.

- Initially remote (Dubai) with direct reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer in Sweden.
- Since this role is purely equity/commission based during the first year, it’s important you have access to a primary source of income.
