CASA ESTRELLA REAL ESTATE is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. If you have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients interested in buying or selling properties.
• Provide expert advice to clients on the real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Actively seek new business through networking, referrals, and other creative means.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations, showcasing properties’ features and benefits.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of (1 year minimum UAE) in real estate sales. Banking sales experiences can be considered.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate landscape, market dynamics, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license (optional)
