Candidates in this role serve as ambassadors, responsible for cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with customers within their designated territory. Their primary focus is on building trust and offering support to potential clients, with the ultimate goal of generating future sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Travel within the designated sales territory to engage with prospects and clients.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all sales leads and client accounts.
- Assist clients in purchasing, renting, and selling properties.
- Provide guidance on market conditions, conduct showings, and facilitate property visits.
- Support clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Salesperson, with outdoor sales experience considered a plus.
- Possess a motor vehicle with a valid driving license.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently, effectively managing time allocation.
