We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, leading and managing secondary and Off plan sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the competitive real estate market of Dubai-UAE.

Requirement

◆ Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.

◆ In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.

◆Proven success in achieving real estate sales and targets

◆Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and managerial skills

◆Develop, Present, and Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and open new business channels & opportunities

◆Highly Dedicated, Motivated, Result Oriented Individual with strong work ethic and ability to develop, train, and lead a strong sales team & process to achieve set goals

◆Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer & channel relationships

◆Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

◆ Only UAE Real Estate experienced will be considered

Key Responsibilities

◆ Lead, motivate, train and Manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.

◆ Hire and Train New property consultants and grow the secondary and Off plan team.

◆ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.

◆ Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals, and ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with legal requirements.

◆ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance, and customer interactions.

◆ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

◆ Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all sales transactions.

◆ Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

◆ Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame

◆Developing & communicating key detailed sales strategies, tactics and action plans

◆ Hitting annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, detailed training & developing the sales team, actively managing team and ensuring maximum productivity, leading the sales team to success and growth

◆ Gathering & Deploying resources with vigilant monitoring to ensure successful execution of the strategies

◆Consistently setting & achieving Sales Financial, Awareness, Relationship Targets

◆ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the senior management, and provide recommendations for improvement and growth.
